To create this animation, we used procreate to draw most of the backgrounds. The animation was done on flipaclip and the final editing and sound on luma fusion. The animation explores the idea of the supernatural in a more traditional fantasy sense, as well as within the realm of science and science fiction.

We explore a staple supernatural fantasy where a girl discovers she can turn into water. She uses her new powers to travel away from her home and explore the earth and some of its most iconic landmarks. Such as Stonehenge, that has elements of the supernatural in its creation. She explores both land and sea and once she has seen what earth has to offer she looks to space. First, she goes to the moon. Somewhere where few have been but is still within the realm of possibility. However, she then looks past the moon to nearby planets like Jupiter that humans will never be able to land on. However, with her new powers, she can turn into water vapour and explore Jupiter from within its storms. Further into the realm of science fiction, she looks towards exploring other galaxies that we have only ever seen through distant pictures.
The mystery around what could be in the endless other galaxies in the universe and the possibilities that are created is represented through the shots of pure colour that have been picked from photos of real distant galaxies. Reaching into classic science fiction, the story ends with the girl travelling through a black hole to discover another universe on the other side. It is both similar and different to ours and just waiting to be explored.
